If you want a great recipe that does use butter, I posted on this a couple of weeks ago.  Last night I made beef curry from Julie Sahni&#039;s Classic Indian Cooking and it was amazing - these are authentic recipes if you are looking for a great Indian cookbook. -I should check out gummy vitamins as I seem to never remember to take my regular ones.</description>
